2016 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine carries itself with grace and purity of intent. Clean, driven aspects of black cherries and cassis hold court. Wafting from the rim of the glass without pretense comes the sincerity of fruit standing tall in an environment of diverse agriculture. Subtle hints of citrus rind and cardamom accompany a velvety core of ripe red cherries. The slightest dash of blueberry cream brings the wine to a close. Cellar for another 4-7 years and serve to cabernet sauvignon enthusiasts as a ringer in a blind tasting.
Grapes: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot and 2% Zinfandel
Vineyards: 70% West End Paso Robles Vineyards in the Adelaida and Willow Creek district AVA’s and 30% Lodi from a dry farmed vineyard. This wine was developed with the same care that goes into our Estate bottled selections so that more people could enjoy the fruit of our labor
