Collegiata takes its name from the beautiful church in the town of Sant’Angelo in the region of Abruzzo. This line features wines from various regions of Italy, from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and nearby Frascati.

Produced by the Opici family in conjunction with some of Italy’s finest growers and producers in their respective regions, each wine is produced in accordance with the its respective appellation’s regulations. The name Collegiata on the label guarantees quality, consistency, and value as it upholds the ideals of the Opici family.

A crisp, dry white defined by apricot notes, and a delicate finish of mineral notes. Enjoy young.

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

100% Montepulciano

Aromas of ripe red cherries abound on the nose, while nuances of almonds appear on the back end of the palate.  It is soft and pleasant with a clean, generous finish, acquired from a brief aging period of 3 months in large Slavonian oak casks following vinification in stainless steel tanks.
